We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client goals and business needs.
Petelgo is a marketing agency specializing in personal branding and image building for companies in the online space. We help our clients create a strong, authentic presence in the media and online – in Poland and abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Support in conducting and managing marketing projects – planning, organizing, and monitoring activities,
- Daily contact with B2B clients – via email and telephone, building long-term relationships, problem solving, and consultations,
- Timely delivery of projects and achievement of goals,
- Developing relationships with clients by analyzing their needs and developing activities tailored to their requirements and specific characteristics,
- Systematically tracking changes and trends in internet marketing and proposing new solutions,
- Support in onboarding new clients and active participation in team meetings,
- Cooperation with other departments in the company.
Employer Requirements:
- Experience in working with clients,
- Knowledge of the basics of internet marketing,
- Ability to build relationships and communicate well with different types of clients,
- Ability to adapt content and language to a given medium and target group,
- Creativity, good work organization, reliability, flexibility, and independence in action,
- Openness to challenges, willingness to develop,
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
