These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using petelgo.com and the free online services available on it. Please read them before using the website. By using the website you accept these terms.
The website is operated by Petelgo LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16414098, with its registered office at Dept 2004, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London E14 9FP, United Kingdom.

Website – petelgo.com together with all its subpages.
User – anyone who uses the Website.
Online Services – the free services described in section 3.
Client – a person or company that signs an agreement with Petelgo for paid services.
Through the Website we provide the following free services:
• Website browsing – information about Petelgo and our services;
• Personal Brand Brief – a form where you describe your background, goals, and communication style so we can prepare a personal branding strategy or offer;
• Audience Builder (LinkedIn and Instagram) – a form where you define the target audience for your profile or campaigns;
• Booking a call or free brand audit – scheduling a meeting with our team through Calendly;
• Email contact – sending us questions at office@petelgo.com.
An agreement for a form-based service is concluded when you submit the form and ends once we have received it. You can stop using any Online Service at any time, free of charge, simply by not using it or by asking us to delete what you sent.
To use the Website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled, and, to submit forms, an active email address.
When using the Website, you must provide true information, use your own data or data you are authorised to share, and not submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content, spam, or malicious code. You must not try to disrupt the Website or access it in unauthorised ways. We may ignore or delete submissions that break these rules.
Our personal branding services, including strategy, profile optimisation, ghostwriting, networking, growth hacking, engagement management, video production, and advertising campaigns, are provided only under a separate written agreement with each Client. Prices are set individually. Nothing on the Website, including the brief, the Audience Builder, or the free audit, is a binding offer or creates an obligation to buy. If the individual agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
Figures and results shown on the Website, such as revenue generated, views, or engagement growth, describe past work and are not a guarantee of results for any Client.
All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, and the design, belongs to Petelgo or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party logos are shown for information only and belong to their owners.
By submitting a brief or other materials, you allow us to use them to prepare a strategy or offer for you. You keep all rights to your materials.
We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to, such as Calendly, LinkedIn, or Instagram. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
If something on the Website does not work as it should, email office@petelgo.com with your contact details and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days.
How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms, for example when we add new features or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page, and changes do not affect forms already submitted. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
